I’m in pain, but I’m happy haha

getting back into fitness has been life changing for me —

my past relationships made me develop such an unhealthy relationship with food and lots of insecurities about my body. but now, the gym is my escape from all the noise, where I know I’m focusing only on me.

so many of my friends think it’s crazy to work out so early in the mornings, esp when I have long days at work or events with my son after I train. it started with baby steps — eating healthier foods, going on walks, and finding a gym I vibed with. it’s a lifestyle shift for sure, and I found what works for me.

now I feel stronger, healthier, and so much happier 💙

being AND staying active will look different for everyone, but it all starts with you putting yourself first 💪🏼
