We had breakfast at The George this morning and it definitely hit the spot. It’s a French-American restaurant in a luxurious setting inside the fairmontolympic ✨

We tried the Olympic Breakfast (scrambled eggs, herb breakfast potatoes, sourdough toast, bacon) and the PNW Salmon Lox Benedict (English muffin, poached eggs, hollandaise, breakfast potatoes, mixed greens). Also had to get green juice and my morning cup of tea 🫖
