Smoked Over the Top Deer Chili loaded with ground venison. The new MeatChurch.com recipe with a full how-to video are now live (link in 🅱️ℹ️🅾️)!

Whitetail season is open, so I smoked 3 lbs of lean deer meat (hamburger and hot sausage) over a pot of chili. When it hit 165° internal temp, I broke it up into the pot and simmered it for the rest of the day. Put whatever fillers you like in this recipe as it makes a great base for whatever you wanna add!
