I’ve partnered with the baddest knife maker on the planet - Montana Knife Co. You’ve seen these knives in my cooking show and BBQ school for years. Anyone can put their logo on a blade, but that is not what I’ve done. I’ve partnered with what I think is the best in class. This chef knife was designed in collab with Master Bladesmith Josh Smith and myself. BTW, Josh obtained that title at a younger age than anyone ever had previously. The goal was to create the perfect do-it-all chef knife. If you could only buy one chef knife, this is the one to get.
