INGREDIENTS: 

CANDIED WALNUTS:
1 cup water
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup walnuts

HONEY SAUCE:
⅓ cup mayo 
3 tbsp honey
½ tbsp sweetened condensed milk
½ lemon squeezed
¼ tsp salt

FRIED SHRIMP:
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup seltzer water
¼ cup flour
¼ cup corn starch
3 cups oil for frying
Green onion for garnish
