INGREDIENTS: 
2lbs chicken thighs
4 russet potatoes cubed
2 cups cut Green beans 
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp Salt 
1 tsp Black Pepper
Drizzle of Olive oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp soy sauce

MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE: 
4 tbsp butter divided in half
1 cup sliced White mushrooms
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp flour
½ cup white wine
¾ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
