INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN BATTER:
2lbs chicken thighs
1 egg
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup flour-
¼ cup water

SAUCE:
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons water
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp corn starch + 3 tbsp water for slurry
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper

STIR FRY:
1 cup cut green beans
1 yellow bell pepper sliced
Sesame seeds for garnish
