Me 🤝🏼 any meal that has plantains in it like these Jamaican plantain fritters 🇯🇲 we’re so far into the series now, what else am I missing?

INGREDIENTS:
4 very ripe plantains
1 cup cornstarch or arrowroot
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
½ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon

*bake at 375 for 13 minutes, flipping halfway through or shallow fry in a pan until golden brown*
