BEEF FILLING:
2lbs ground beef
2 roma tomatoes diced
½ white onion diced
½ red bell pepper diced
½ green bell pepper diced
2 tbsp sofrito
1 ½ tsp sazon
1 ½ tsp adobo
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano

ASSEMBLY:
Mozzarella cheese
8 ripe plantains
Cilantro for garnish

MAYO KETCHUP:
½ cup mayo
½ cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic
1 lime juiced
Salt to taste
