Things I will curry: flounder from fish a fishing trip 🐟 

INGREDIENTS: 
• 2 lbs of white fish or salmon
• ½ cup green seasoning
• 4 tbsp oil
• 1 onion diced
• 1 bunch scallion sliced
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 2 scotch bonnet peppers diced
• 5 tbsp curry powder
• 3 Roma tomatoes diced
• 16oz full-fat coconut milk
• 5 sprigs fresh thyme
• ½ tsp salt 
• ½ tsp black pepper 
• ½ cup culantro chopped (can substitute with cilantro)
