INGREDIENTS:
6-8lbs bone-in pork shoulder picnic cut
½ tsp oil (per pound) 
1 cup sofrito 
8-10 garlic cloves 
1 tsp oregano 
½ tbsp adobo 
1 tsp sazon with achiote 
2 tbsp vinegar 
Salt for the skin
1 box of General Mill’s annieshomegrown White Cheddar Shells Mac & Cheese
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup milk
Cilantro for garnish

*bake at 350 covered for 2.5 hours, then uncovered at 425 for 1 more hour*
