Also I forgot to add onion to this batch but per the recipe below add 1 onion! 

INGREDIENTS: 
1 bunch culantro 
1 bunch cilantro 
1 white onion 
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 cubanelle pepper (or 1 Anaheim pepper)
2 aji dulce peppers (or sweet red peppers)
½ cup olive oil 
3 heads of garlic 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
