Brazilian Stroganoff 🇧🇷 a very well loved dish and honestly any meal that uses potato sticks is a must-try in my book 

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 white onion diced
• 3-4 cloves minced garlic
• 2 cups white mushrooms sliced
• 3lbs sirloin steak sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ½ cup tomato puree
• 3 tbsp mustard
• 3 tbsp ketchup 
• ½ cup heavy cream 
• Rice for serving
• Potato sticks for serving
