INGREDIENTS: 
• 1.5lb chicken drumsticks 
• 2 tbsp Curry powder (1 for marinating & 1 for frying)
• 2 Scotch bonnet peppers diced 
• ½ Red bell pepper sliced
• ½ Green bell pepper sliced
• 1/2  bunch Green onion sliced 
• 1 tsp Onion powder
• 1 tsp salt 
• 1 tsp adobo or complete seasoning 
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• ½ white onion sliced 
• 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon 
• 2 potatoes cubed
• 2-3 carrots sliced 
• 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme 
• ½ tsp all spice (optional)
