½ cup yellow mustard
2 tsp black Pepper
2 tsp Cumin 
2 tsp Oregano 
1 tbsp Chicken bouillon

4-6 cloves minced garlic 

FLOUR:
2 cups flour
1 cup corn starch 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp black pepper 
1 tsp onion powder

SALSA: 
6 roma tomatoes 
½  red onion 
4 cloves garlic
Half bunch cilantro 
1 jalapeno 
Chicken bouillon 
Salt 

SAUCE: 
1/2 cup mayo 
¼ cup ketchup 
¼ cup mustard 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp sugar 
½ cup of milk 

TOPPINGS: 
Shredded cabbage 
4 thinly sliced fried plantains
