INGREDIENTS FOR STEW:
• 3 lbs flank steak 
• 4-6 cloves minced garlic 
• 1/2 white onion sliced 
• 1/2 Red bell pepper sliced 
• 1 tomato diced 
• handful fresh mint leaves 
• 2 cups beef stock 
• 1 tsp Black pepper 
• 1 tsp salt 
• ½ cup bitter orange 
• 2 yellow plantains boiled for side

INGREDIENTS FOR MASA: 
• 1/2 cup corn flour
• 1/2 cup water 
• ½ red bell pepper
• ¼ white onion 
• 2 tbsp achiote 
• ¼ cup of fresh mint
