INGREDIENTS: 
2 lbs chicken thighs
3 tbsp oil
1 white onion diced
1 red bell pepper diced 
2 cloves garlic minced
1 whole tomato diced
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup paprika 
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream 
2 tbsp water 
2 tbsp flour 

DUMPLING DOUGH: 
2 cups flour
2 eggs
¾ cup water 
½ tsp salt in dough, ½ tsp salt after
