## Caption

Katsudon 🇯🇵 actually was one of the tastiest things I had in Japan and was such a simple dish with very little ingredients 

INGREDIENTS: 

KATSU: 
4 pork loin cutlets 
salt and pepper to taste 
2 cups panko crumbs 
1/4 cup of flour 
2 eggs whisked
3 cups oil for frying 
*fry 2 minutes on each side at 350 Fahrenheit then let cool on a rack*

EGG MIXTURE: 
1 eggs whisked 
1/4 white onion 
¼ cup water
2 tsp dashi stock 
1 tbsp soy sauce 
1 tbsp mirin
1 tsp sugar
