INGREDIENTS:

• 5-6 ripe plantains 
• 2 cups oil for frying 
• 2 lbs ground beef 
• ½ white onion diced
• ½ green bell pepper diced
• 2 tbsp sofrito 
• 3-4 cloves garlic 
• 1 tbsp adobo 
• 1 tbsp sazon
• 2 tsp cumin 
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp oregano 
• 2 tbsp tomato paste 
• ½ cup of beef stock or water
