Steak, Chicken, Shrimp Fried Rice topped with some Yum Yum Sauce.  Wondering why we do not make it more often.  This made easily 6 servings. Ingredients below -1lb Chicken Breast, cubed -1lb Filet, cubed -1lb Shrimp, no shell or tail, deveined -2 Cups of Dry Rice cooked, day old -1 Onion, diced -5 Cloves Garlic, minced -Bag of frozen Peas & Carrots -1/2 Stick of Butter -Soy Sauce, as much as you like -White Pepper -Use your favorite sauce, we used a mix of Bachans Original, Yuzu and Spicy -Avocado Oil  -4 Eggs -Touch of Sesame Oil to finish Yum Yum Sauce -1C Mayo -1/4C Water -1T Ketchup -1T Sriracha -1tsp Sugar -1tsp Garlic Powder -1tsp Paprika -Mix together and toss in a bottle #friedrice #steakfriedrice #chickenfriedrice #shrimpfriedrice #griddle #traeger #bachan #3piecesofpecan #fyp
