SETF alongside representatives of the Syrian Jewish community met with the National Security Council today. 

The delegation urged the administration to lift sanctions on Syria, allowing the country to rebuild—including restoring the world’s oldest synagogue.

They also described the warm welcome they received by the new government during our recent visit to Damascus and the pledge to safeguard the properties and rights of all Syrians.
