I don’t know about you, but olives are always present in my house. Maybe, because we grew up eating tons of olives. They were always in our table on a salad form, meze or even snacking. So this marinated olives with oranges and leeks is my husband’s favorite. Is perfect for holidays, parties and they look and taste amazing!

Kalamata olives pitted 
Green olives stuffed with garlic
1/4 cup Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp Toasted fennel seeds
Orange zest 
2 tbs orange juiced
Leeks sliced thinly

Combine olives on a bowl with orange zest, salt, pepper, fennel seeds, orange juice and olive oil. Let it marinate on your fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Plate with orange slices and leeks. Enjoy!
