Don’t let Shamrock season end—mix up this minty treat in the Smart Mixer and enjoy it at home, anytime 😎

Ingredients:
-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
-1 cup milk
-1/2 teaspoon tsp peppermint extract
-2-3 drops of food coloring 
-Whipped cream & chocolate syrup for topping

Instructions:
-Add ice cream to the Smart Mixer bowl.
-Turn on the stir setting and let it mix with the paddle attachment.
-Slowly add in the milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring.
-Continue mixing until smooth and creamy.
-Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
