Locro. A strong culinary tradition in Argentina and in my house. 

I always loved this super savory and warm stew. 

My grandmother (from my mother’s side) used to make it for me, specially during winter. Oh boy I used to get excited when I saw my Mom coming from visiting her with a Tupperware in a bag!

After I started culinary school, “Abu” wrote me her recipe so I could make it. That piece of paper has to be the most important recipe that I have.

Locro. Fuerte tradición culinaria en Argentina y en mi casa. A mi SIEMPRE me encantó este fantástico guisito! 

My abuela materna solía hacérmelo, especialmente en invierno. Me acuerdo lo excitado que me ponía cando llegaba mi Mamá de su casa con los tuppers, porque sabía exactamente que en su interior estaba esa magia divina.

Luego de que empecé mis estudios culinarios, “Abu” me escribió la receta así yo podía hacerlo. Hasta el día de hoy, es la receta más preciada que tengo.
