❄️ As we enter the holiday season, we thought this was a perfect time to reintroduce all of the AT Network Members who support you throughout the commonwealth. We can’t wait to SNOW-case (see what we did there?) our members throughout the month of December!

👋 In case you’re new here: The Assistive Technology Network of Virginia addresses priorities of Virginia Department Of Education (VDOE) with coordination, implementation, and dissemination of information about the laws which define AT devices and services, the process of AT Consideration by Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, AT assessment, Augmentative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), and AT resources.

🤗 In support of these priorities, the network has several initiatives which include:
❄️ Developing resources and documents for AT Considerations and Assessment
❄️ Developing and supporting local and regional AT teams with information, resources and training, including the annual TechKnowledgy Conference (both virtual and in-person)
❄️ Integrating AT solutions across the curriculum

🤝 Join us for the rest of December as we break down the VDOE’s Superintendent’s Regions and who supports your area of the commonwealth!
