❓Where does my HEA dues money go❓

🍎 Dues at all levels—local, Uniserv, state, and national—fund member driven activities and keeping the lights on at the office.
🍎 All decision at every level are made by members through direct and indirect democracy. Locally through representative assemblies and nationally through member-elected boards of directors.
🍎 National and state dues also fund the Uniserv program, which provides direct services to members in need of job assistance and advocacy.
