In high school, I decided I want to open my own french patisserie one day, but trying pastries in Paris has been a childhood dream!! Last week, dreams became reality as I went on a patisserie crawl, spoke with different chefs, tried award winning macarons & crossiants, and practiced my French. It truly was the coolest experience and I can’t wait to return to the states to practice what I’ve learned! ❤️
