EP 5 of my Egg & Rice series. When I shared my first nostalgic meal, I was blown away by the amount of people that resonated with my little bowl of egg & rice. The childhood stories shared surrounding how they used to eat theirs & who made it for them🤍 I love how we are connected by food. So many cultures around the world eat it in some way & I’m learning from YOU🫶🏼 

This is inspired by Spam Musubi with Egg. It was so good as a rice bowl. My whole family enjoyed this for breakfast.
