## Caption

I don’t know what to formally call these. A mini pizza pasta nest, pizza pasta muffin, pizza pasta cupcake? What ever you call it, it’s yummy!

These were so fun & my kids loved them. If you make them, add cheese to the bottom of the cupcake pan so it creates a crispy crust which will hold it all together better. I used a silicone cupcake pan which is key. Once they’re done, gently pop them out. 

•boil pasta almost al dente
•drain & toss in garlic marinara 
•lightly grease silicone cupcake pan
•add shredded mozzarella 
•then fill each with pasta
•layer with pizza sauce, cheese & mini pepperonis 
•bake at 375 for 10min or until golden
•gently pop them out & place on plate
•top with grated parmesan
