When’s your favorite time? ⬇️

*Before Suhoor (Pre-Dawn Meal): Many people find it beneficial to exercise before consuming the pre-dawn meal (Suhoor). This time is often referred to as the “Suhur workout.” It allows individuals to fuel their bodies before the fast begins and take advantage of higher energy levels before the day’s fast begins.

*After Fajr: After completing morning prayer, some individuals find that they have a burst of energy during mid-morning hours. This can be a suitable time for a moderate workout session.

*Before Iftar: As the day progresses, energy levels may dip, but some people find that they regain energy in the late afternoon hours. Around an hour or two before Iftar (breaking the fast), engaging in exercise can help boost metabolism and prepare the body for the upcoming meal. One can also replenish themselves as the Iftar approaches.

*After Iftar: After breaking the fast with the Iftar meal, there’s a window of time before Taraweeh prayers and bedtime. Some individuals prefer to work out during this time, as they have replenished their energy levels and can focus on more intense workouts without the risk of dehydration.

It’s essential to stay hydrated and listen to your body’s signals during Ramadan workouts. Additionally, be mindful of the type and intensity of exercises you engage in to avoid exhaustion or injury.

It’s most important to figure out what time works best for your body and schedule.
