📍160年嚟，四代滙豐總行都係屹立喺皇后大道中一號，一齊嚟了解吓滙豐總行嘅歷史啦！

第一代：曾經嘅海旁貿易樞紐🌊？
1865年3月3日，滙豐喺海旁域厘行開業。當時仲未填海，總行選址緊貼海旁，方便接駁港口貿易，為將來國際金融業務建起穩固基底。

第二代：清朝就有升降機？🏫
隨住業務增長，滙豐不斷擴充。1886年完工嘅第二代總行係當時香港史上最大嘅工程，配備煤氣燈、升降機等現代設施，見證香港城市化進程。

第三代：全港首間有冷氣嘅公司🏢
1935年啟用嘅第三代總行，用咗21個月就起好，樓高70米，係當年亞洲最高嘅建築，更係香港首棟設有冷氣嘅建築，仲可以抵禦強風！

第四代：建築大師嘅開山之作🚀
第四代總行喺1986年啟用——充滿未來色彩嘅動感設計同大膽嘅外露結構令世人耳目一新，係當時全球最貴嘅大廈，令建築師霍朗明一躍成為「高科技派」建築代表。

1st Gen (1865): A Prime Location for Maritime Trade🌊
HSBC opened for business at Wardley House, a key waterfront location in Central. This strategic position facilitated access to port trade, laying a strong foundation for future financing of international trade.

2nd Gen (1886): Elevators in the Qing Dynasty🏫
This building was the largest engineering project in Hong Kong at the time. Equipped with modern amenities like gas lighting and elevators, it showcased HSBC’s progress and Hong Kong’s rapid urbanisation.

3rd Gen (1935): The First Air-Conditioned Building in Hong Kong🏢
Taking only 21 months to build, this 70-metre-tall building was Asia’s tallest and Hong Kong’s first air-conditioned building. Its innovative design allowed it to withstand powerful typhoons!

4th Gen (1986): A Pioneering Work by a Master Architect🚀
In use since 1986, this building, held as the most expensive at the time, featured a bold, exposed structure. It refreshed design norms, cementing Norman Foster as an icon of "High-Tech" architecture.
