Being an executive director can be overwhelming at times. As an executive director, you're expected to know a LOT of things and have a myriad of skills that can take years to build. For that reason, the Plantory launched the Executive Directors Working Group. The group mets on Thursdays from 9-10AM; it is a time for executive directors (current or rising individuals) to get together to support each other with knowledge and experiences.
