Save this cookie layer cake recipe for your next party!🥳🍪🧁 This is seriously the easiest cake you’ll ever make and oh my goodness was it delicious!😳

- First let your whoadough_ cookie dough get to room temp so that you can flatten it evenly in your cake pan
- While you’re waiting on it to soften up, you can use any gluten free confetti cake mix of your choosing and make it as directed on the box
- Mash down your cookie dough evenly in the pan then pour your cake mix over the cookie dough base
- Bake on 350° for about 30 minutes but keep an eye on it since all ovens are different ;)
- After your cake is done, let it chill before you frost it
- Since this was supposed to be a quick and easy recipe, I just used canned strawberry frosting (most are vegan) but you can use whatever you would like!
- Optional : roll some of your leftover cookie dough into small balls and place around the edge along with sprinkles for a little color 🥳
