These were sooo easy but so good! All you need to do is make the pancake mix as instructed on the box then pour it into a mini muffin pan and cook it on 350° for about 10-12 minutes in a greased mini muffin pan, yes it’s that’s easy!😂 Give it a try next time you decide you’re craving pancakes!
