It was a very good day.

Woke up and could feel my hands 🙌🏼 literally 😂
Knocked out a little more than the last time to work back up to maxes even with everything that’s going on 💪🏼
Felt completely calm and supported with jessiestemo in the back
bidaa__bee got to smack the crap out me lol
laceyd21 had to help get me dressed and undressed hahaha

Including the 107 also because it was a solid mental win for me and I’m super super happy with the whole day.
