## Caption

Our Red Wigglers dine on food waste, compost, manure, cardboard, and decaying organic material from local sources. 

Red wigglers can eat 25%-35% of their body weight per day. So the worms keep Sallie busy, to say the least! 

During peak season, we add 50-75 pounds of food to our CFT bin per week.

Our worms especially love avocado, melons, leftover corn cobs, and pumpkin!
