Sallie is our owner. She taught in the Rutherford County school system for 30 years (at Cool Springs School, Union Mills & R-S Middle School.)

In retirement, she wrangles worms and wrestles shovels & pitchforks to produce our worm castings.

When she’s not working up a sweat on her worm farm you can find her volunteering at kidsenses, the Women Roofers of Rutherford County or ruffton_roots community garden!
