Did you know white tea should be brewed with hot water at 195 degrees and black tea at 205, while green tea at 175/165? 🍵🫖🥵

Bay Area Trojans gained a wealth of knowledge about the tea brewing process, the different tea categories, and so much more this past Sunday! Thank you Chih Hui Burns and teance_fine_teas for a wonderful tea tasting experience!
