Keep the main thing the main thing — one of my favorite mantras that I’ll be diving into during my voiceinsport mentoring sessions this year. I’m so excited to announce that I’m joining VOICEINSPORT as a VIS Mentor with the support of the WNBA Changemakers collective to provide mentorship to girls in sport. 💪🏽

🚨 Did you know? Girls drop out of sports 2x the rate of boys by age 14! And girls that are mentored are 135% more likely to take on leadership positions! This is why I’m passionate about helping girls stay in the game!

If you’re a girl in middle school, high school, or college sports, I’d love for you to join me and the global community of athletes at VOICEINSPORT. I’ll be hosting free virtual Mentoring Sessions where we’ll talk about:

Mental health 🧠
Building confidence 💪🏽
Staying focused 🎯
Business adventures 💼
Overcoming injury 🏥
Game preparation 🏀

Let’s connect! 🙌🏽

➡️ Join my sessions on the VIS App! Download the app and sign up for free at voiceinsport.com/wnba.

Can't wait to see you there!
