If you’re a Pilates instructor who also lives for her hosting era, this is your sign to throw a themed wellness party 🫶✨ Here’s how I hosted my Petals & Pilates event — it was equal parts movement and magic:

💖 Step 1: Book a studio that matches your vibe. I chose bodybarpilates  bodybarkaty ! 

🌷 Step 2: Plan a moment for guests to connect after class. I created an energy bar powered by alaninutrition and a floral bar so everyone could make their own arrangements (because who doesn’t love taking home fresh blooms?)

🎀 Step 3: Put together custom gifts! I added a few of my favorite things for Pilates.

🩰 Step 4: Soak in the joy 💗 From the playlists to the Pilates flow to the post-class chats—it was such a feel-good day.

Hosting something like this again soon… should I make it seasonal ? 💐👛
