#TSRUpdatez: A New York judge has partially granted and partially denied a motion in the case against #Diddy, dismissing five of the nine claims brought by music producer Rodney #LilRod Jones.

The court dismissed several claims, including RICO, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract, as well as a Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) claim against Combs Global, criticizing the plaintiff’s arguments and counsel’s conduct.

The judge also warned Jones’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, about filings containing inaccurate legal statements, accusations, and personal attacks, cautioning that further misconduct could lead to sanctions or disciplinary action.
