The holiday season is all about good eats and treats. #AD This yummy Orange Cranberry Bread pudding is no
exception. Everything was purchased in-store at my local hannafordmkts, and I chose store brands for my
recipe to help keep the price down on this delicious holiday dessert or breakfast recipe. Get the recipe below!

Ingredients: 4 cups of whole milk 
6 large eggs 
2 tsps. vanilla extract 
1 tsp. cinnamon 
1/4 tsp. nutmeg 
1/4 tsp. all-spice 
1 tablespoon orange zest 
1/2 cup granulated sugar 
1 1/4 cups fresh cranberries 
1 large loaf of sandwich
bread

Glaze - 2 cups powdered sugar 
1 tablespoon heavy cream 
3 tablespoons orange juice 
Whisk all ingredients until
thick and creamy; set aside.

Directions: Grease a 13 x 9 pan with nonstick spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add half the bread into
the pan followed by half of the cranberries. Add the rest of the bread and cranberries. In a large bowl, whisk the
eggs, milk, spices, and extract. Pour the mixture over the cranberries and bread. Let the bread mixture absorb
the liquids for 25 mins. Then, bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before adding the glaze. Serve warm!
