Now that the busiest season is here, I am all about fresh and easy meals. #NoYolksPartner This Easy Shrimp Scampi features fresh ingredients and No Yolks Broad Noodles. I love using noyolksnoodles because they are easy and convenient—not to mention tasty!
With so many varieties to choose from, No Yolks has a noodle for any recipe! I love how the Broad Noodles complement the light and tangy scampi sauce. They held their shape, texture, and flavor so perfectly! In fact, I genuinely prefer them over traditional pasta in my soups and casseroles. Simply add them to your recipes for a twist on a classic! I also love how this recipe took just about 20 minutes to make from start to finish. Check it out below!

Ingredients:
12 ounces No Yolks Broad Noodles
1 ½ lbs. peeled shrimp (I used pink Argentinian)
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
½ cup dry white wine
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Juice of half a lemon
¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
Salt – to taste

Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add in pressed garlic and cook for about a minute. 
Add wine, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; bring to a simmer for about 2 minutes.
Add in the shrimp and sauté for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink. Mine were Argentinian so they are naturally pink. Mix in the No Yolks Noodles, fresh parsley, and lemon juice, and toss. Enjoy!
