Half-Proof French 75 - so if you’re drinking three in a night…it really only feels like you’re drinking 1 & 1/2 😌🍸I use half-proofs all the time at parties and events, it’s a great way to have my cocktail and slow down too! And ofc if you’re alc-free, this is any easy way to make your cocktail a mocktail.

Usually a mix of gin, lemon, syrup and champagne, this half-proof French 75 swaps the gin for lavender bitters, tea and lemon juice. Top with champagne for a half-proof or top with kombucha for a zero-proof! Recipe is right here:

HALF PROOF FRENCH 75
1.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz lavender bitters
1.5 oz aquafaba 
1.5 oz butterfly pea tea (or earl grey also works!)
Shake with ice and serve with 3-4 oz of your favorite sparkling wine or kombucha! Garnish with lemon peel 🥂
