Algo aquí no cuadra 🤔
 
René Magritte es conocido por su surrealismo, por crear obras que son increíblemente realistas e imposiblemente psicodélicos. ¿Cómo puede ser que el bosque vaya por delante del caballo y a la vez detrás de los árboles? ¿O que las piernas de un animal estén situadas tanto entre dos troncos como en frente de otro?
 
“El arte del pintor, según yo, se trata de visibilizar las imágenes poéticas”, dijo el artista belga. Para Magritte, la pintura era un vehículo de estimulación mental, de que el espectador mire y analice profundamente el cuadro que observa. Tiene sentido, pues el movimiento surrealista, que tiene sus orígenes en el París de los años ’20, buscaba una libertad que eliminara las limitaciones de la realidad y dejaba fluir el inconsciente.

René Magritte is known for his surrealism, for crafting works that are incredibly realistic and impossibly psychedelic. How can the forest be behind the horse and in front of the trees at the same time? How can an animal’s legs be both between two trunks and in front of another?
 
“The painter’s art, as I see it, is about making poetic images visible,” said the Belgian artist. the Belgian artist.  Magritte viewed painting as a tool to stimulate the mind, encouraging viewers to observe and analyze the artwork thoroughly. And that makes sense. The surrealist movement, which finds its origins in 1920s Paris, sought a level of freedom that eliminated the limitations of reality and gave free rein to the subconscious.
