Congratulations to Michigan’s Frederick Richard on being named Inside Gymnastics Gymnast of the Week for Week 11! 💪〽️ 

Richard led the Wolverines to the highest team score in the nation this season and a huge win over Nebraska, 335.950-335.200! 🏆 

He also killed it individually, claiming the parallel bars (14.950) and high bar (14.350) titles! Fred is on fire, and Michigan is making moves! 🔥〽️
