75 focus 

God has been challenging me in my quiet time to create systems around my focus —- being that the Word Of The Year wearetransformation is focus. I felt an urgency to implement!

For the next 75 days I am challenging my self physically, spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally to become a version of myself that I have not met yet —-but we have a date on June 9th

I’m inviting many of you to join me on this journey —- to make your health and discipline a priority—-(slide 3 details exactly what I’m doing)… BUT maybe you needed this post as a jumpstart to an entirely different sphere of focus—- 🤔
