Jacqueline Norvell founded Brown Bag Lady brownbaglady_, a nonprofit dedicated to helping LA’s homeless population through food, resources, and compassion. To date, she’s given out thousands of meals. Once a month, Jacqueline goes to Skid Row to let the people know, “they are not forgotten.”
