Here’s a 3-question filter that’s helped me (and the creative entrepreneurs I coach) avoid burnout:

✅ Does this align with my long-term goals?
✅ Will it pay me what I’m worth—or lead to something bigger?
✅ What am I saying no to if I say yes?

Saying no isn’t selfish—it’s leadership.
