Learning the art of open-fire cooking from a seasoned smoker in Texas a few years ago, Hon was inspired to bring the Texan flavours to a London crowd. 
 
And we’re so glad he did. You can find mouthwatering meat dishes at his residency at @allmyfriends.uk 
 
Also, Hon will be bringing his menu to Soho Farmhouse Food Festival serving up the best-selling dishes like Sichuan beef ribs, slow-cooked beef cheeks, and peach tea glazed pork belly. See you on the 7th & 8th September 🔥🔥
